Pay Dues
PER NAR GUIDELINES, ALL DUES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE AND ALL MONEY DUE MUST BE RECEIVED BY DECEMBER 31, 2023. GRACE PERIOD THROUGH JANUARY 31, 2O24.
2 Ways to pay your invoice:
1. Pay by cash or check made payable to: Valley Association of REALTORS
Mailed to: 50 Olivia St, Derby, CT 06418
2. Pay by credit card by going online. You will need your NRDS # as Username , PW is your last name. If you have a hyphenated last name type in this format: Name-Name

Steps to pay or view/ print invoice using your Navica Account:
You will need your NRDS # as Username. Password is your last name, first letter of last name is a capital letter, all the rest are lowercase. If you have a hyphenated last name type in this format: Name-Name.
Forgot your NRDS # ? Use button below to the right.
Use the “Pay Dues Now” button below to access Navica.
Once you log in, you will see your “Home” page. In the left margin, select “ Invoice/Poll”
On this page, you can view/ print the invoice by clicking the 8 digit “QB Invoice #” in blue text in the first column
- OR - click “Pay” in the second column to pay the invoice.
If you do not wish to pay the discretionary charges, you may type in “0” under the amount and click continue. This will automatically remove the charges and reflect the minimum balance due.
